Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payment
All bookings must be made and paid for in advance. A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Visiting Stravaig Space
If you would like to see the space before making a booking, we would be delighted to arrange a tour. Please get in touch to organise a visit.
Cancellations
Hot Desks: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booking start time.
Meeting Room & Creative Studio: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the booking start time.
Cancellations made outside these windows are non-refundable.
Memberships
Memberships may be cancelled by providing 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise agreed.
Founding Members Circle
Founding Memberships are limited to the first four members of Stravaig Space.
The Founding Member rate of £170 per month is guaranteed for as long as the membership remains active and payments are maintained.
If a Founding Membership is cancelled or allowed to lapse, the founding rate cannot be reinstated and any future membership will be subject to the standard pricing in place at that time. Founding Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Arrival & Access
Please arrive on time for your booking. Early access may not be available if the space is in use prior to your session.
Parking & Vehicle Registration
We ask for your vehicle registration number at the time of booking to manage on-site parking, ensure access is limited to booked guests, and support safe and smooth arrivals for everyone. Vehicle details are used for operational purposes only.
Shared Spaces
Where included, use of shared spaces such as The Commons and kitchen facilities may be shared with other bookings during your visit.
Use of the Space
Guests are expected to treat the space, furnishings and equipment with care and consideration. Any damage caused may be chargeable.
Stravaig Space is built on mutual respect and consideration for others. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels within shared areas and help maintain the calm and welcoming atmosphere that makes the space special.
We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels safe, respected and welcome. Harassment, discrimination, bullying or abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of a booking or membership without refund.
Personal Belongings
Visitors remain responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Stravaig Space cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property while using the facilities.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website.
